Return & Reprint Policy

At Felts Printing & Signs, we want you to be pleased with the finished product. Because most of our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we ask customers to carefully review and approve their artwork or proof before production begins.

Once a proof has been approved and the order has gone into production, custom-printed products are generally not returnable or refundable.

If there is a printing or manufacturing defect, or if Felts Printing & Signs made an error in producing your order, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the problem, which may include a reprint or replacement when appropriate.

We cannot be responsible for spelling, artwork, layout, color, or other errors that were included in a proof and approved by the customer before production.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it with you.

That keeps the policy firm, but makes it sound much more customer-friendly and professional.
