Decals, Stickers & Vehicle Wraps

Decals are specialized, adhesive-backed decorations or designs—often made from durable vinyl—designed to be transferred from a backing material onto surfaces like glass, plastic, or metal. They are frequently used for long-term branding, vehicle, or wall decoration due to their weather-resistant, sturdy, and custom-contour-cut to fit almost any shape.

Key Characteristics and Types:

• Structure: Comprised of three layers: a backing paper, the adhesive layer, and the graphic layer.

Types: 

• Vinyl Decals (Cut): Individual letters or shapes cut from vinyl, which leave no background color once applied.
• Printed Decals: Designs printed onto a clear or white film, often with multiple colors.

• Water-Slide Decals: Designs applied using water to release them from paper, common in modeling.

• Key Differences from Stickers: Decals are usually more durable, often used outdoors, and may feature intricate designs supported by transfer tape for application.

• Application & Removal: Easy to apply to smooth surfaces and, while often permanent, can be removed, sometimes requiring heat. 
• Decals are widely used for, but not limited to, vehicle, wall, window, and promotional signage applications
